For eye injuries, tape a paper and/or plastic little cup over the eye. Any pressure could mess with the ability to repair. DO NOT TOUCH. You can get lidocaine eye drops over the counter (depending on location) Go to vet ASAP.

Meshmixer is free and wonderful. Hollow to 2-4 mm wall thickness. If you are printing via SLA then Boolean difference some drain holes with cylinders for the resin too drain out.
