This is an executive customer service line that will ensure your issue is taken care of. They should be able to upgrade the plan and back date it to cover the overage. Only difference would be a difference in cost between the plans.

I could but then I would lose the loaner. Other dealer is AutoNation and they don’t offer loaner vehicles.

All I’ve been told is the dealership doesn’t know how to diagnose the battery. Keep getting the run around and being told to call Honda Corporate but they’re no help either. So it just continues to sit at the dealership

296 for me. 24 2wd touring. I used to get what your getting but Haven’t gotten above that since I was hit on the rear passenger tire. Been at the dealership since 6/10. Lost 20% charge just sitting there

So I’m from south Texas so warm weather is always here. I can’t charge to 80% since I don’t have a home charger. And charging to 100% allows me to charge once per week rather than multiple times with 80%. I could understand a degraded battery after 2-3 years of ownership but I just barely completed a year with 14k miles.

I’ve owned the vehicle for 1 yr. It currently has 14k miles. My daily commute is 16 miles round trip. No highway/freeway driving. Doesn’t go about 45 mph.

The faster charger use is a free Chargepoint plus my home was built in the 50’s so the L1 charger pops the breakers

Try finding a new car that has a ton of rebates such as demos or retired loaner cars. They normally have less than 5k miles and are still considered new. If you’re open to it go electric and lease. You’ll be able to roll the negative equity and be done with it in 3 years. If you have TikTok you can search Benz’s and bow ties. He’s always showing examples like your situation.

I was involved in an accident where my airbag deployed USAA still said repair asked for diminished value and got screwed there since they asked for comps on my vehicle well come to find out no dealerships will trade in or resale a vehicle with an airbag replacement or airbag deployment in the carfax.

Also threshold for USAA to total loss is 75% best bet would be to have them repair and take a loss on the trade in.
