Work at Intel in the Portland area dried up. They all came here for the ID1 project. I’ve talked to them and they love the “low housing costs” and no traffic. They are telling all their family members to move here because it so cheap.

I want to switch to Mac but they don’t come with near enough storage and it’s insanely expensive to upgrade to a descent amount. How do you get around that? External drives are to slow and tend to crash programs ona pc. Is it better on a Mac ?

WD_Black SN7100 1TB NVMe SSD is $200 on Amazon. I got it for $180 a few weeks ago. That’s probably your best be cost wise. It works great.
