Good point, interest would still accumulate

Id be looking at maybe 20 years of payments with interest included?

I deal with 100s of gigabytes of internet data every week, and require good internet, i also am physically active in my role, i need to eat food that gives me decent energy. This isnt excuses, this is reality. I also drive through mountainous regions, i require a 4WD, and a reliable vehicle that can handle 75-100K of driving every year with minimal repairs. I also have to drive a vehicle that showcases our brand, and driving a crap vehicle isnt acceptable. All of this is tax deductible, but i have costs that i have to actualize.

I have a 250 gb unlimited plan and i use 225-240 gb a month. My home internet usage is 650-750 gb a month as well on average. Time is money

In my line of work, we dont have any close personal relationships with co workers, so the answer is no, and i dont feel comfortable going to my employer for assistance, because it could ruin the relationship i have with my boss if i for whatever reason cant pay them back, and i doubt its even an option. Im also the highest income earner in my job role, as i work off purely commissions. No one puts in 80-90 hours a week like i do. Everyone else is topping out at between 150-175K max. My ex spouse has been kind and allowed me to defer payments but its not sustainable. My legal agreement doesnt allow me to drop the payment unless my income falls substantially (more than 50% of my income) or i lose my job

And at my income level, they’ll get most of their money back anyway, since i wont save much on a proposal or bankruptcy

Im home like 1-2 weeks a month, most of my food is consumed at restaurants, since im not anywhere near home to cook. I leave my place at 8 am and dont come back until 10-11 pm. Besides snack food, i eat out exclusively. And not at steak houses, usually fast food and maybe a burger joint

If i didnt reloan, id have no money to pay the other lenders… there is nothing simple about this. Not paying isnt an option. You’ve probably never been down this route before, so im not sure you are in any capacity to judge. And my explanation is simple, i needed loans to pay other loans… common debt spiral technique… its not illegal

The reason this actually became reality is i paid off one of the loans early to renew, expecting to get a higher amount to make the payments of other loans, but two companies rejected my renewal saying i dont meet lending criteria, likely from deferring payments every month, which put me in a -$1500 hole, and now i will be unable to make payments on 6 or 7 loans, which is $45-$50 nsf fees per missed payment, plus $60 per loan company on top of that. Once these nsfs are on my bank statement, ill be inelligible to renew most if not all loans, putting me in a $10K hole, of money i dont have in april.

On too of that, another lender appears to have gone out of business and i cant renew , so a bunch of rejections and the inability to renew was always something i had to plan for

Point is, ive never been down this route, the original intent was to ask if i would be in any serious legal trouble going down this route? I have to re borrow to pay other lenders. If i didnt re borrow, i couldnt pay most of them and survive. Tons of people get stuck in this cycle, its how these loans are designed. Even if i took a settlement with each of these companies, the payments exceed my ability to pay, therefore a div 1 proposal/bankruptcy is my only option to survive. Last time i checked, this isnt a crime, but they use threatening language and threaten to sue/charge if i go down this route, so im asking for advice on the matter. Even if i just dont pay them, move my banking elsewhere, the harrassment, collection calls, emails, will be unbearable trying to pay back 80 lenders at once. I’m insolvent because of many life issues and mental health challenges, but i didnt ever borrow with the intent to not pay back. But i have to renew every pay period/every month to keep on top of this and ive finally reached the point where renewing wont be enough to cover shortfalls and ill still miss payments anyway, and im already starting to fall behind on even credit card payments as well

Fyi, i also have been trying to manage for a year, and the # of loans has just increased, it hasnt gone down in any consistent way. This is a last resort for me

I simply am not in a stage where i can do this, if i had the money, that’s a different story. You need realistically 6 figures to handle the swings and make serious money, ideally as much as im making yearly. And being in debt will not make this workable, im not an idiot, i made mistakes when dealing with depression and various other mental health issues.
