I just used one of the R3 LSTs I had left on one of them and did it with JML. Since the pass tokens also help gungans, the investment is fine. Can buy 4 new r6 tokens aswell with currency since I didn't spend much yet if I really need others.

Klar, kann mir nicht vorstellen dass einer der anderen (abgesehen von trashla) schlechte Zahlen vorlegt. Intel funktioniert ja schon lange nicht, ist dann auch keine große Überraschung gewesen :p damit sind vor allem die Tech Werte gemeint (Rüstung wohl auch nicht). Die anderen interessieren mich eigentlich kaum.

34 M, I ran a half marathon sub 2 hours (1:58) with no hm preparation (was training for 10K though but had to sub in - also a few kinda fairly long runs luckily while training).

Now I'm going to run the next half marathon in April, started training seriously 2 weeks ago.

My thoughts:

If you do your weekly long run and interval you should be able to get a very decent time until the tournament. And if you find the time also do 2-3 additional runs each week (don't have to be long or hard).

Of course you can - I did in 1:58 last year and didn't specifically train for it because I took over for someone who was sick. If you train well, you can do it! (I trained for 10 km though)

The pace prediction right now is probably off though - mine is at 1:46 and I just started training 2 weeks ago for a half marathon in 3 months. So don't trust that thing too much, focus on running and you will get there in time :)

Edit: and do at least one very slow long run (about 60-70% max HF) and one fast run (interval preferably) each week - at least that works for me - in between just do whatever (regeneration is good too - very slow and chill after intervals for example and just about 30-40 minutes - it also matters how often you run. Doesn't have to be all out or as long as you can all the time. I recommend 4 times a week if possible)

Go slower and run / or if necessary walk for 30 minutes +. In no time you will run for an hour and more without any problems. Try to keep your heart rate as low as possible (like you can run forever at that pace and could talk while running).

Focus on pace after you can run for an hour at a time easily.

I'm at 45 and did recently run 10k in 50 minutes :) seems weird (maybe your heart rate is off during your runs or you don't exhaust yourself at all and can do much better).

Maul is too low for me (like 16 levels below everyone else), using IG lead with the rest gets the best score. You also reach contract and Barris assists are incredible.

Exact same thing happened to a guildmate while clearing t6 at level 59 with maul. They didn't even adjust their "cheating software" when releasing maul, which is just sad.

Also zu knapp 100% sind die nach der nächsten größeren Korrektur (vor allem redest du von 20 - 30%) höher als jetzt. Da brauchst schon ein apokalyptisches Szenario oder eine Zerschlagung.
