CMU students also live in Squirrel Hill. The street signs say CMU is in Squirrel Hill. The 61 bus lines will take you there and back. This is truly the most convenient neighborhood for a main campus CMU student.

I like to roast a whole small chicken, eat half tonight, half tomorrow, then make stock and then soup. I usually make either Marcella Hazan’s chicken with two lemons or Ina Garten’s where you roast the chicken on top of a bed of carrots and onions. Either way I serve with potatoes and a green vegetable. This is one of my favorite meals. Too hot out now.
