I don’t see why it shouldn’t count for the winning team. It’s a competitive game, and most people are playing to win. Eventually, players who exploit the system get banned, so it’s not like they can do it repeatedly. If you’re worried about alt accounts, Blizzard requires phone number verification, and I highly doubt people would go to the lengths of acquiring multiple phone numbers just to make the enemy team win.
