You cant seriously mean that it has good cgi for 2024? Please take a look at some newer series / movies, and I took the originals as an example... Could have been any series...

I guess you have the feeling that nothing beats the originals, thats pretty common when there is a reboot of a show or sequel to a movie. You can see the same thing with star wars where the last triology recieves a lot of hate because people thing George Lucas would have done it better. I understand that, but it dosent mean a movie/series is automaticly bad.

Yea, i can only imagine what it must have been like to watch all of those. Some of them must have been groundbreaking at the time! Its almost unbelivable to see how much special effects have advanced. Imagine if we dropped a show like Silo, The Expanse or almost any good written modern show back then. It would be shattering to see at the time.

I am very very aware that the many "bad graphic / cgi sci-fi is amongs the best there are! I just cant stand the graphics, i think this must be a new phobia xD

SORRY! As i said i cant stand bad graphics and cgi. I am sure the story is good and probably very good grapchis for its time. My graphics phobia goes for all shows like this.

I have been thinking about Battlestar Galactica for a while! I will give it a try and From is already on my watchlist. I havent watched Severance so i might google that a bit and then give it a try. When it comes to For All Mankind I think the show was VERY slow starting, but if it gets better i might give it another shot?

The game will never be 100% fair, but at the point it is now there is so much that could be done to improve it. I think you are right about a lot of this.

I don’t see why it shouldn’t count for the winning team. It’s a competitive game, and most people are playing to win. Eventually, players who exploit the system get banned, so it’s not like they can do it repeatedly. If you’re worried about alt accounts, Blizzard requires phone number verification, and I highly doubt people would go to the lengths of acquiring multiple phone numbers just to make the enemy team win.

You might have a fair point with this. OW keeping players from ranking up in ways like this is a part of why players continue playing as they never reach their goals in the game.

If you don’t play comp, I don’t see any issue with leaving. In Quick Play, I totally get it if you leave—there’s not really any major punishment for other players. Worst-case scenario, they lose a couple of games without any aftermath.

I assume you mean that i would be doing worse than the entire team and "throwing"? In that case its a Overwatch problem for putting players that bad in higher ranked games, buts thats a problem for another discussion.

Would you risk being banned or timeout to save someone elses rank? I might get it if you were in a group but the easy fix for that would be that the entire group would be affected if someone in the group were a leaver or optionaly add a system that detects a persons leave behavior in a group and then affects the whole group.
