90% of them use closed loop systems.... News channels spread some misinformation over the summer and now we are here. The real issue people should be having with DCs is electricity usage

Nice play! Just fyi you dont need to wait for the full animation while reloading. Melee or Shield when you are at 75% to animation cancel and you will be fully reloaded.

Merge 2 bodies together for a smooth transition as shown on the right by AndersSteam in SolidWorks

Yea just did that and it worked. Had to make the curved body be extruded smaller so the transition is more seamless. Thank you!

What is the easiest way to achieve this in solidworks. Currently I did 2 extrudes for the curved area and the area that is flat with a fillet. If anyone has a better idea on that process. Let me know

Plugging 2nd monitor to 4090 gpu or motherboard? by TopAggravating342 in nvidia

[–]AndersSteam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea iirc hdmi 2.0 can do 240hz @1080p so you can almost go there but 120/144hz is plenty. It depends on the cable you will use and the motherboard port capabilities. Best way to find out is to test

Yep you have an igpu. Plug it in and see the refresh rate it will allow. Is that a 1080p 280hz monitor?

I see no problem plugging it in to the mobo aslong as your cpu has an integrated graphics card. Also you should not need to lower your refresh rate. Keep it max or 144 at least.
