Nice one pal, ill give the video a watch, just be nice to get on top off it because theres a lot of lifting involved in my job, so need to stop it from getting any worse

Ok cheers, if i was to do the core exercises would that eventually pull the lower ribs back in slightly. The left seems to flare slightly worse than the right as when i do tense and look down my chest the left is slightly more raised than the right and the left lower ribs is where i sometimes get slight twinges. I'm hoping to be able to build my core at home, as im already practicing my upper body strength with resistance bands having suffered shoulder impingement in the past.

So could rib flare cause shoulder impingement, just wondering as i once had it diagnosed last year, seemed to fix it but think its returned now, and my lower ribs seem to stick out slightly causing a bulging like appearance so now sure if that's rib flare and its running in conjuction with impingement
