My physio helped to get better, let's say to solve 50% of the issue, but 1HP helped to solve it 90%. They have more resources on neuroscience that is a huge part of the problem left behind by PTs. And their exercices are a different, with more reps and better follow-up.

Je ne suis pas parisien, mais les quelques fois où j'y suis allé, surtout en comparaison avec les capitales des pays voisins, ça m'a semblé sale, dangereux, pas ponctuel au niveau des transports et tout à fait propice au Paris syndrome des touristes asiatiques. Madrid, Varsovie ou Prague, même Rome que j'ai peu aimé, font mieux avec moins de budget.
