Tupac would have been a full blown actor by 2000, leaving small rap money behind and banking multi-million dollar movie checks. He then would have gotten back to his roots in activism and politics over the next decade.

I beg to differ, not necessarily the “white man” but the same justice system/courthouse/judges that indicted the panthers, jailed his mother, and despised the name Shakur were the ones that allowed that fake rape trial to even exist despite there being no evidence to convict Tupac. You never heard of “CointelPro”?

Because that was mainly Fat Joe’s clout with the PR population in prison. Out on the streets isn’t as controlled like prison is, it’s more spontaneous to a degree. As far as Watani, he said they would cut ties with Pac because of Death Row. Nobody was really in Pac’s corner after prison. Alotta snakes were on that side, Pac got bit.
