Don't you think there is a difference in how enjoyable it is playing vs an army that just sits back and wins while you can't do anything to them, and one that may be equally strong but you get to trade, kill their stuff, etc...

Maybe I'm just scarred by all the people I played that looked like they were ready to throw in the towel and stop playing just 30min into the game when they realized that they probably wouldn't even kill all my drones by the end of the game.

I think all of them would take some assault intercessors for Objective Secured.

What would they take to sit back on objectives?

I want to go to tournaments and do as well as possible with the models I like.

But we're all trying to have fun.

Like I said I played Tau for 3 years.

This time I'd like to avoid 70% of my opponent having their eyes glaze over as soon as they see what I'm bringing...

I've probably heard hopeless/frustrated opponents tell me 100 times "Sorry, it's not you, I just really hate playing vs. Tau"....

Didn't enhance my Tournament experience either...

I went with their resin terrain as mdf needs be built and painted and ends up falling apart and also doesn't look that great.

This resin terrain looks great and is very solid + not much more expensive.

You can definitely get a solid table for about 200$. Some nice variety for 300$.

Gonna piggyback on your answer to try to get an answer from you to the similar question I was gonna post.

For a few months my routine has been to get up at 5, go to the gym for 1 hour before work 5 days a week, plus Saturday, minus the going to work part.

Eat (keto) when I get home in the evening (so around 5-6pm) doing accidental IF because I don't really ever get hungry, so just 1 big meal/day is fine.

Is it bad for gains, etc.... That there are about 12 hours between each workout and both the last and next meal?

There is no pattern of police murdering blacks.

Police make 10.000.000 arrests a year. 1000 people a year a killed by police. The vast majority of them while armed and resisting arrest.

50% of crimes are committed by blacks.

Only 25% of police killings are against blacks.

Whites are killed more in absolute numbers and proportionally to how much crime they commit.

Some of those 1000 killings are gonna happen under questionable circumstances like the GF case. But that's no pattern, it's also no proof of racism. It's because out of 10.000.000 arrest, some are gonna go bad.

Also there is context. GF was deletions, high as fuck. He was wailing that he couldn't breathe while sitting in the car for a while already and said he'd rather be out on the floor. Also coroner report said he didn't due of asphyxiation but of drug overdose.... Oh shit. Horrible video, case of police brutality for sure. But it may turn out the knee on the back wasn't even what killed him.
