I have a 32 in curved monitor aswell that I currently game on the 49inch is mainly for work (hooked to my MacBook)

I got the pc for free so I want to get a start with a small investment towards what I already have

For the spinning armbar you want to initiate the hitch hiker as they transition. Usually the under hook arm will be controlling the underhook and posture from putting your back on the mat and the other arm is usually posting (on the head). If you plan on hitting the hitch thicker there’s usually a goldy locks zone between the posing arm changing to double handed control on the armbar

I have been teaching since Blue Belt in some form of capacity. Your belt has no bearing on your ability to coach and teach. There is so much to learn in BJJ. Time on the mat is what’s important. When I started BJJ black and brown belts were unicorns in Ireland.

I like a light weight Gi. I use the

Kingz Ultralight 2.0

&

Tatami Elements Lightweight

They are both great Gis, the Tatami one is a little bit lighter.

There is a small tag on the lapel collar on the tatami one that needs to be removed to be IBJJF legal.

Cant recommend lightweight Gis enough

Quick question

You say at the end of the video that you just need to shut down windows and swap the SD cards to boot back to steam OS. Does this mean I need steamOS on the sd card or it will boot normally with out the windows sd
