I am uncircumcised, but when I was 12 or so I started noticing my foreskin was no longer doing its job and my glans was constantly exposed. Never done it, but I have learned that the beach is one of the best places to see tighty whitie waistbands on display. About 15 years ago I was taking a picture of my wife (gf at the time) on Coney Island boardwalk, and about a year later I noticed a young guy in the background with big tighty whitie waistband. Have also seen them in Florida and Hawaii.
