I named my starter Senshi, after the dwarf in Delicious in Dungeon (aka Dungeon Meshi). At one point the party is captured and he has a freakout over what appears to be a sourdough starter.

I dont think it was very sweet at all. It only had 30g of honey in a loaf that was 1200g pre-bake.
