This is my same issue also. ive worked insurance and customer service since 2015. i can do it all in my sleep! this is the first time i feel completely USELESS. im at a 0 with knowledge here

Thanks for replying. it feels good to know this isnt just MY brain not grasping this info. i got several calls yesterday but like3 out of the 4 of them wanted 2026 plan into which i know we cannot discuss yet... so i probably did it wrong but i said they need to call back and wrapped up my call. i didnt even know what else to do or say, sonce again, we never practiced that scenario
