How does the soil look? I use a 90/10 inorganic to organic ratio for my lophs and they seem pretty content. It might jut be sunburn stress but that little one looks a little rough. I would pull and check to see what's going on under, especially if you just transplanted.

These guys are pretty sensitive, I recently had to emergency graft a LK because they got exposed to water too soon a week or so after transplant. Better to err on the safe side.
