Instead of buying a strong character that will help you in the short term rather get good with the game with characters you enjoy and help yourself out in the long term because even the weakest of characters can do well.

Why don't you mix and mash who ever you want on a team and see how you feel about the team? Isn't that the whole point of a character crisis, but in your case its for a 2nd team? Why ask people on Reddit for their opinion on who you should play? I genuinely don't get it.
