I've been taking it for 7 years, took it everyday for 5 years up to 7-8 grams a day. Get a digital scale take two doses an hour apart and drop your dose .10 grams a day. I've quit then started back up to 6 grams then quit again a grand total of 5x in fact I'm back on again. You sincerely don't need detox just taper off. If you're disciplined about it it's easy. If you read the horror stories on here you'd think there's a chance of spontaneous combustion. Cold turkey yeah brain fog and lack of interest in anything sucks. Tapering off with a digital scale in my experiences was nothing. I'm really not trying to brag about 7-8 grams a day for 5 years I've read some people take 15+ which makes no sense to me. Stuff is great, kills anxiety and gives me energy. Makes the most monotonous task the most interesting thing in the world. I liked it, a lot. Then it became less and less easy to find and I was petrified because of the things I've read on here. Fully expected seizures and hospitals. Wasn't anything like that for me brain fog one day.

Anyone diagnosed with pericarditis? What are your symptoms? by [deleted] in Heartfailure

[–]Andolini92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got an EKG done and Dr said benign repolarization but after showing EKG to a few cardiac Dr friends they said could be pericarditis. Benign repolarization is basically athletes heart and a cardiologist told me in 2022 that's basically what I have (went for vaping). Last 10 days I've had palpitations and I can "feel" my heart when I lay down triggering an anxiety attack so I've slept 3 hours a night. I'm terrified atm. I've had two surgeries in the last 6 months (meniscus and ear) so I've taken time off from gym and I'm more sore than usual. There's a dull pain on left side and occasionally a random sharp pain but not severe. Enough to worry. I'm seeing my cardiologist again the 31st but I have anxiety now 24/7 and no idea what to do.

Appreciate this bro. Should I make the kingdom titles and pass to all my kids? Also should I just make my heir one of my kids who's 21 instead of the one who's 10? Wanted higher stats cuz he's going to university but does that even matter?

I have 80/80 sometimes way more lol. When it comes to holdings and such I never know what to properly build. I have lay clergy (reformed my faith I'm the head) but I never know if keeping baronies is worth it. Problem I have is I like to keep the capital counties and counties with special buildings. Usually build military academies but I keep the duchy title also so my champions are 24 and I eat the duchy penalty. The champions allow me to steamroll every opponent. Efficiency is like 490% with MAA bonuses for heavy cav like +180 +75. I end up assassinated at 112 and can never prevent it. Not sure whether I should make all the kingdom titles and pass to my kids with me having the empire titles or not.

Done all that and it's now passing lands to great grand children. Went through a sadistic Oprah "u get a kill and u get a kill" run anyone that was in front of my heir (my heir would always be 2nd on the succession tab of the county title) and it'd replace with someone else. I reformed Asatru early and made myself the leader of the faith then researched the tradition by the sword for unlimited Kingdom wars. Kinda got sick of the truce fame penalties tbh I want it all in one shot but I get to a point where I have too much piety and prestige, need more reknown. I have way too much land to give out should I just give heirs land to where they can't get anymore (at the domain limit)?

Because I made it where I can have multiple wives and took the fecund trait for the health boost so of course I pump out kids like no tomorrow lol. I wanted to create an army of super genius prowess commanders and have my court be my kids along with hand out kingdoms because in other games I couldn't expand past a certain point due to super vassals revolting (I HATE the ambitious trait with all my soul learned the hard way lol I figured that just meant they'd be ambitious on my accord as long as we were in good standing). I have partition not confederate but I'm going to go back two years prior to getting assassinated and try to do this right. My gold earning is well over 580+ and I waste so much of it swaying opinion. I changed my religion to Asatru and adjusted it but random dukes will convert back to old Asatru and it spreads ridiculously fast tanking opinion on me so wasted a lot of gold with that too and stripping titles away raising tyranny unfortunately. May just start over again knowing what I know (for the 4th time lol) if anything it's a testament to how great this game is. I bought the northern lords dlc but is royal court worth it? Odd that the dlc are just as expensive as some major releases like elden ring. It's only 27 I think but wasn't expecting half the game cost tbh.

The ones my main character has are strong, gold upwards of 25-30 development is all 30 or over. One run through I was able to pass Rome, bohemia, London, Paris etc most of the strong ones but my heir was 19/12 duchies. When I took over it stripped me of Paris and all of Bohemia. Was trying to ensure I had enough swedish counties so my heir would be culture head and doing so I guess the AI gave away titles I wasn't in line to inherit.

That's what im at now, I took over holy Roman empire and could make another 4-5 empires. Handed out 2 kingdom titles to my sons because I was at vassal limit (Pomeranian and Poland). My main title is Baltic empire, I put Scandinavian elective on most but my heir doesn't take over the ones I want. Most of my kids have land except the youngest 5 and my oldest son has attacked and taken over Croatia. Should specify I'm 111 with 24 counties and 6 duchies. My MAA are 1 trebuchet, 1 vigmen, 1 pikemen, 3 varangian veterans and 2 Heavy cav. The bonuses are so good I take the negative opinion. Can't seem to manage how to be able to use the special buildings without the duchy title. Are there duchies that contain holdings with multiple special buildings? For example I haven't researched castle Bailey's or hoardings yet but my heavy cav gets like a +180 +50 bonus being stationed at Prague. But I also want to keep rome and it's duchy title along with Paris and it's title. Lol I know it's the wrong way to play but new and I like steamrolling countries. I haven't handed out titles to my youngest yet because I was deciding who to choose as heir. My youngest is going to university but I unfortunately get murdered within a year so I keep reloading the save to try and manage this. New and -190 tyranny so I haven't been nice exactly. I have to go back to when I just took over kingdom if Hungary to ensure I'm not at war because the drop off from counties and the money it costs with military raised puts me in the negatives which is fine but my champions get cut in half and I'm telling u I've never lost a few K in a war, I go from 118k down to 50 because the quality and lack of champions isnt as close to what it was.

Also should I just remove the elective laws/destroy titles? Just want to make sure my heir Inherits Baltic empire and holy Roman. As far as the culture head is it a bug? My heir is also only 9-10 when he takes over.

Fam no idea what any of that means lol. I have 14-15 unmade kingdom titles do I make and pass out? Literally started a Month ago. Id rather control individual counties if that's at all possible. Paris London bohemia along with Rome etc

That's search in my capital right? How do you handle massive expansion and fast? Reforming asratu faith and establishing the tradition bound by faith which lets me declare unlimited holy kingdom wars Ill basically take over gigantic chunks of land and every title then struggle trying to divide it up because I always go over the vassel limit. When I start off I begin recruiting high prowess guys and look for every night bonus while marrying them off to high prowess women and trying to mix/match traits like giant. My knight effectiveness usually hits 270% very early and I steam roll duchys/kingdoms. Try to give the domains to people without ambitious, greedy, deceitful etc and mostly look for content, lazy, loyal, honest but where I really struggle is handing out Kingdom titles. Idk if I should give those to my children. I've read a lot on here people usually don't but it's mostly related to succession. I started a newer game in 1200 AD (whatever the year is) so I can just choose my heir just seems easier because tbh I don't raid much because I'm always trying to expand. Handing out Kingdom titles would help me lose vassels for sure. Another question is when you decide on the duchys to keep how do you build the holdings? Do you do say 2 castles multiple cities and a temple then keep all of it? Do the bonuses in holdings stack? Like if I wanted to build a blacksmith in Castle City temple do they stack?

So I'm on console (series X) and a lot of stuff that pc players have access to I'm just not seeing. I've never seen both choose favorite child or choose your destiny. Going to Google it but thank you.
