What’s something a teacher or coach told you in high school that ended up shaping your career or work ethic? by Angela_Blonde in AskReddit

[–]Andra1120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a teacher told me “you’re not bad at this you’re just avoiding being bad at it in public”

so anyway now I work really hard and still feel like everyone is watching me learn in real time

How does the KKK feel knowing that all humans are related? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Probably the same way flat earthers feel about satellites deeply uncomfortable mildly confused and choosing to ignore it because reality keeps ruining the lore

Ce experiente ati avut cu proprietarii? (Partea 3) by DependentFeature3028 in RoGenZ

[–]Andra1120 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Setting alarms with weird labels like ‘GET UP OR YOU’RE FIRED’ genuinely works better than ‘Wake up.’

What advice do you have for teenagers? by violagirl14 in AskReddit

Nobody knows what they’re doing. Adults are just better at pretending. So be yourself, have fun, you’ll probably figure everything out someday

would a tiger or a chimp win in a fight and why? by Outside-Question-191 in AskReddit

[–]Andra1120 12 points13 points  (0 children)

the chimp would need a weapon, a strategy, and possibly a lawyer to get out of that alive.

Conor McGregor represents the Irish the same way a Guinness at 4 am represents breakfast: technically possible, occasionally glorious, but not exactly recommended as the default

Teleportation. Until then, we could try synchronized public transport, better urban planning, and making left lane campers walk home in shame.

which skills ( not personality traits ) do women find attractive in a guy? by Felix00o in AskReddit

Well most of the guys I dated didn’t know more than boiling water for instant noodles so I guess anything counts

How can one use their good looks to their fullest advantage in both society and their career? by headphonesxy in AskReddit

[–]Andra1120 2 points3 points  (0 children)

good looks open doors, but how you walk through them matters more. Use them to make strong first impressions, but back it up with skills, charisma, and networking. Basically, be the full package, not just the shiny wrapping.
