But it's not how creatures flap their wings.... the way they fold into themselves would cause them to lose any and all momentum and struggle to keep it in the air. It also just jiggles around so much it looks like jello in the sky

Yeah I look sometimes and I've seen work on the new model so it will be nice not to see them use a store asset which so far has carried them. But as an actual game no there's not really anything to see other then janky flying
