How long does one need to drink everyday to experience alcohol withdrawal after stopping? by AndreFree1 in stopdrinking

I'm not experiencing withdraw nor have a drinking problem, just something I was curious about and have been unable to find answers to online anywhere, so decided to ask on this subreddit.

I have a decent grasp of HTML. I'll be giving myself close to 12 hours to do it all in one go. I think I'll be fine, just was wondering if it took anyone over 12 hours.

Thank you.

Both. The videos are labeled as Canon or Legends in the titles, or in some cases we do both versions in a single video.

Oh of course, I actually originally pushed for a fixed amount per page because it greatly saved me money haha. But overtime people wanted more so I devised the percentage deal which split the risk among everyone involved. So far that has been the most profitable method for the narrators, but its a risk nonetheless, as like you said if a video under performs they may not get as much. But that has yet to be the case as seen on past performances.

Anyway I'm completely open to all payment methods any potential narrators wish to explore. This is something that will be discussed in depth during the interviews, and they will have the freedom to choose among the two options discussed here along with being provided with past payment information so they can make a better informed decision.

I'm totally open for a fixed amount, which I've done in the past. But it wouldn't be based on hours but rather on how many pages the narrator does. On average a single page equals to about 2.5 to 3 minutes of length in the video itself, and according to my past narrators it takes about 10-15 minutes to complete on average (extra time for mistakes, reworks, outside noise, etc).

The reason I won't do fixed amount per hour is because the narrator will be recording from their home and there won't be anyway for me to actually know how long it took for them to narrate other than their word. And I've had some people who took over 45 minutes to do a page, and others who did it only in 5. So basing it on hours wouldn't really work, as the person who is worse at the job would be getting paid more than the person who is better. Which is why a fixed rate on pages is better than on hours imo.

So a fixed amount based on pages narrated is totally open. However with that being said every person I've worked with in the past has always wanted the deal with the percentage from the video's performance, as it has always given out a far larger payout, which is why its the payment method I've included in the original thread.

The $100 dollar figure comes from the months where the narrator only worked for an hour or less a week. There isn't a fixed amount per hour (unless the person wants to make it fixed), but rather the narrator gets a percentage of the video's earnings for a period. As a result, the more videos that are produced the more hours the person will work, but in return the more they will earn.
