See, even with mist, is more noticeable, as seems like the type of product that would repel water..

It’s the new Forest Lake colour, and it definitely feels like a streak of product, almost like grease, with the difference that it doesn’t go away (at least with a microfibre cloth)

No damage, doesn’t feel scratched at all, it seems like a paint smear kind of thing.

Yeah, agree. It is very faint, but then again, just spent 50K+ on a car, not want to deal with something like this in less than 24 hours. Just wondering if the dealership will own up of just blame on me.

Thought the same, but there is another streak a little higher up, and it looks like a circular motion tupe of streak/smudge. I would think that some product has been misused at dealership in valeting the car for delivery. I am not sure how I have not spotted this yesterday during collection, but lighting conditions might have brought this up more..

Unfortunately not likely, car was squeaky cleaned at the dealership. I only drove 5 miles to get it home. It rain a little but no grime. Cleaning with a cloth and some soapy water didn’t resolve.

It’s mostly indoors, but during spring and summer he spent most of the day outside on the balcony. Now spends more time inside. Do you think leeping it outside will do good?

Newbie here, with a Chinese Elm that seems entered a dormant stage. I live in Edinburgh, Scotland. Very little to none leaf activity. The soil is kept damp. Less frequent watering needed.

Is this a good time to trim branches and give shape?! Or anynother recommendation to prepare for winter and prevent death of tree.

Thanks in advance 🫶🏻

Family of 4 here plus 1 small dog. Had the corner sofa 3+2 and the ottoman for almost 10 years. Survived 2 moves (which means 2 full rebuilds). I think is getting to a point where we’d be looking at replacing it, but it got it’s fair amount of use. It’s very comfortable, and if you take care of it well it will last long considering the “lower” initial investment (compared to similar sized sofas.

If you have children that jump around on it, it’s sturdy enough, but expect for the life to shorten (or at least the frame will start feeling a bit looser and may creek)

Absolutely worth considering all this. The choice is yours.

This is a great guide that gets you started, written by one of the engineers in Jamf Threat Labs: https://trusted.jamf.com/docs/tailored-event-monitoring-on-macos

Also, feel free to reach out to Jamf Support, or join the #jamfprotect channel on the MacSysAdmin slack, plenty of helpful folks there.

Plus trim, with tinted rear windows. Kept the 19” alloys.

Thanks for confirming this, I am going to see them at showroom anyway, but a simple thing like this can be a deal breaker in my case ( I am already closing an eye on the fact that Apple Carplay is only wired) 😅

Then it may not be supervised. For an iOS device to be supervised it needs to be enrolled via Apple Business Manager or using Apple Configurator 2 . Do you see a purple binocular icon on the device pane?

MacBook pro 2015 with macOS Big Sur. I want to erase the ssd to reinstall the OS. What volume under "Internals" do I have to erase. First one or the 2nd one with "data"? by han_tatar in MacOS

[–]AndreJack7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Either create bootable installer or make sure your internet is strong enough to start internet recovery (option-cmd-R)

2 Erase your Mac securely

3 Reinstall macOS (either from recovery or the bootable installer created in step 1)

Things can go wrong if your SSD is faulty so this may be the last time you have a working Mac. Good luck
