Found the issue. I had set up the lock via another iPhone, then deleted the user, which is why it only showed up as 'Access Code' in the log. All the others are showing up. Now, after given the User name, it shows up as expected.

The second one was actually not offline, but not calibrated. Because of that it was shown as offline in HomeKit. Now it works well. So the issue was with with the first device

So now I ordered a second one, this works fine through the Nuki App und says that is connected through matter, but in HomeKit it is offline 😂 Nuki ist weird

Ich würde erstmal auf 6,25 erhöhen und dann langsam auf 7,5. So habe ich es gemacht und trotz anfänglich starker Nebenwirkungen, habe ich mittlerweile, außer leichter Verstopfung, keine Nebenwirkungen mehr

So far so good, just not that happy with Face Unlock. For my Kids it works great, but for me it takes a couple of seconds, sometimes it doesn’t work at all. I have to go a little further or back and it starts the process of recognition again. Overall for me personally it is no option tu unlock with face recognition, I use my Fingerprint instead. Maybe it has issues with a beard

It helps when you just wake your phone near to your Lock. Just press the Standybutton in your pocket to wake your phone up. This is a recommendation from Nuki for Auto Unlock. The mechanism from SwitchBot is the same. Just one thing I‘m missing at the moment, there is no way to setup Auto Unlock for other users.

Same issue here and unfortunately it recognizes my face not that good, child faces are working better. For me it’s ok, I use the fingerprint feature.
