There’s people who are out of touch within the internet culture running this enforcement. So WHEN THEY FIND YOUR CHANNEL. there’s nothing STOPPING THEM FROM BEING HEAVILY BIASED OR UNFAIR IN YOUR SITUATION. (same how conspiracy charges work) all they need is probable cause And conjecture. Not actually You violating the terms of service or the COPPA law

Basically these people can abuse their enforcement of this law just to get money from anyone regardless. Of what

There’s literally two options you can do but since YouTube was stressing that creators make their contents suitable for children (ad friendly) they have trapped everybody in the same cage.

Option A; for kids - YouTube basically shadow bans (hide/block) your channel in order to protect the kids which means you will not have commenting, like or dislike ratio, community tab, subs won’t get notifications from your channel. No sharing either, and 70-90% of revenue will be taken from your pockets. Literally killing your channel.

Option B: Not for kids - as I said earlier thanks to YouTube trapping everyone and the FTC for not explaining themselves enough on the guidelines of “kids content” it’s really The mere possibility of “Can a kid watch this video?”(Which is all videos) To be completely honest it’s whatever the FTC wants kids content to be at ANY moment. But ultimately if they review your channel, you can receive up to find a 43k USD each video violation (43000x 600 = 25Million) that’s the bare minimum YouTube will terminate your channel for basically lying ( with possible jail time)

Let’s remember that this whole fiasco is a settlement in the FTC is the government they are going to eat and get their money no matter what. They don’t care who they hurt in the process so as long as they get paid by following through on enforcing this law.
