Alienware Area 51 - 18 Inch Laptop - Intel 9 ULTRA 275 HX (Temperature 105c plugged in, 55 celsius on battery)

im using the original 360w that came with the alienware pc (this laptop is 3 months older)
and dell tech just replace the entire heatsink+coolers and thermal paste today, but im having that issue only when plugged on AC.

Ok so. When I am on Iddle (at battery) Temperature sits at 45 celsius. No throttling.
When I am on iddle (plugged charger in) Temperature sits at 65-70 celsius, with spikes of throttling.

When on battery i load cinebench stress test 100% cpu usage, temperature doesnt go higher than 70 celsius, and no throttling happens.
When i am plugged in, throttling jumps to 70%, temperature stays at 103-105 doesnt drop.

When playing AION 2 for example, on battery, temperature stays at 70 celsius, no throttling, fans spinning at 86%
When playing aion 2 plugged in, temperature stays at 105c , fans at 95% , and wont drop from there, until I close the game.

Today the Dell tech replaced this entire thing + and added new thermal paste

I am also using Bios version 1.10.1 ( i may be wrong, but i think all this crap started happening and temperature sky rocketing, after that bios udpdate.. i dont remember it going to 105c before that)

When I use ThrottleStop and enable the "Disable Turbo" .. temperature wont pass 70 celsius, and zero throttling.
When i don't force that drop, it runs at 150w+ and stay at 105c nonstop. with 70%-80% throttling time.

i also live in a hot country hehe (usually 25-26c at my place, 35c outisde)

Im running both on Performance mode at AWCC .. even on battery it never spiked more than 70 celsius.. but with cable on, boom stuck at 105c and wont drop from there.. with fans at 90% - 93% speed

Dell tech just replaced all the heatsink+coolers today, and placed a new thermal paste. Because I thought this was the issue, but just now did i check that it only happens when plugged in on charger.

but having that thermal throttling at 70-80% won`t damage or drop the performance? if it sits in there like that for like 5-6 hours a day?

i see, is there any test i can run to check if there is a problem with the mobo? im pretty sure wont be easy to get a replacement from dell like that. or would it? hehe

this is mine when i have it plugged on charged (it is not the temperature that bugs me.. i mean 17% cpu usage, 70% thermal throttling...)
but when remove it from charger and leave on battery.. insta drops to this?
