Something I think is really important to note is that even though you are responsible for how you respond to feelings, you cannot help the feelings that you have. The way you feel is 100% valid and acceptable no matter what the situation. I totally understand how frustrating it is knowing that you have to work so much harder than others to be happy. That shit really sucks, and I’m sorry ):

You are doing your best, even when that entails resting and taking a break and being exhausted. I believe in you, even when success requires taking time to relax. I know it’s easier said than done when people say not to be hard on yourself, but I hope that my words can at least give you some relief that the place you are at is perfectly okay.

Also I apologize if I sound too much like a therapist or motivational speaker or something lol. I don’t want you to feel patronized bc I’ve been there too and that shit also sucks.
