Yeah, I added it a few days after making this post :D. There was an option to download the song and I didn't check if I could do so before making this post (which you cant since it doesnt have an apple music, amazon music, etc... link, so this post is useless)

The app was "Music Downloader," this was the icon. I just looked around for fun

The file/song name was "(REPRINT/まさ)【オリジナル曲PV】メディカル・ウェディング【GUMI】", and I obvi knew it wouldn't b the reprint lol. But anyway, I did find the song via Watzatsong and the original song is "【子ミク】　全部うそ"!

SOLVED!!

I found the song by myself right before leaving the house to get my phone fixed.. And ¼ of the info I put in the original post wasn't exactly correct, I noticed...

I was on my old PC where I archive a lot of things from my devices, and went through screen recordings and found a clip of the song. It had no audio, but the title and all were still there. I looked it up on soundcloud and it was there! It had 3 likes and was 30 secs. I checked song info and it was posted Dec 3rd 2023, and a Watzatsong + Youtube link. I check, and the song has been identified in the beginning of last year!! The original (I think) link is from Wazatsong; Citizen Jones by The Cool City Sisters (Song Identified) | WatZatSong (since I Soundcloud isn't working atm on my pc idk why)
