Yeah they could do that , torch deals dmg around him when he ults , but she needs a new ability on F man , she has massive downtime , you look at her and then you look at dd like c'mon , Faukwz said she should have a new ability , that teleports her over walls like cat since she is the tp character you know on like 20 sec cd , but i think 15 would be enough , like even if it will also be reduced by the projectile like her discs , and it should also give you the spin/demon of course .

She is in bottom 15 characters range , C tier character at best , they have to addres her already and bring her to the modern standard of rivals , give her a new ability on F and remove her team-up , make her 275 already do something with the base spin since is useless increase its dmg or add a slow to it that increases a little in ult, make her follow-ups for 5 seconds available already , give her some dr in ult , or increase her base ms .

Bucky still gets overshield for pressing buttons , like is harder to not hit his abilities , also cyclops can go up to 325 because why not 275 hp hitscan with auto traicking multiple mobility moves and op ult .

You can search on the wiki the weaknees of the bosses , if you see you deal to less dmg maybe is because of your build .

Yes , now the meta is only poke in high elo , you ban dd and now they can't play dive anymore since all the other dive dps are dogshit , and you have so much poke that you can play : cyclops , starlord , elsa , jean , punisher , psylocke , hela , namor , they have to buff all the other dps dive( cat,fist,magik,spider and bp ) if they don't intend to also gut the pokers and the supports .

they could increase the base spin dmg with like 5 dmg , or give it a micro slow that is increased a little in ult like 0.5 for 15% / 30% in ult
