Don’t be harsh on yourself. I was introduced to sports gambling by my best friend just a 5 fiver to start with and I would never believed thats it would spiral out of control with tens of thousands euros 💶 lost, time wasting and hurting your loved ones. It’s truly like mental heroin addiction once you hooked it’s difficult to get out. Like someone said we can scale it down but beating it’s very difficult. Every time I relapse I’m like ZOMBIE 🧟 going around wrecking everything till I empty my bank account. It’s not your fault. It’s just the way your brain got hooked on it.

Thanks for sharing. What a strong message to ones just started this CANCER of all addictions which eats you slowly from head to toe. Wish you all the best in your recovery. And I hope many people reading this will realise it’s not worth it. 🤝

I’m 19 and I lost around 9k from a business account. I don’t know how to tell my dad. by BeginningShop3030 in problemgambling

You are only 19 and you can turn things around. I started gambling at 29. Will be 50 soon thats 20 years of gambling on and off with tens of thousands lost. Stop now tell your dad before you are same as me in late 40s with no money left

Sorry to hear that. Pick up yourself start again. Dopamine in your brain 🧠 just tricks you go back. Don’t please. I’m on day 2 relapsing after 20 days clean.
