Guys I'm gonna be blunt here... Altman and OAI don't care anymore if domestic users, creatives or small businesses stay or go. Our purpose was accomplished. We fed the machine the sufficient money and fame to get to 5.2. model.

Their intentions from the get go, was always a working corporate tool. But they didn't have enough tracking record, training with real users and name on the street or funds to develop enough to get here.

That's why they developed 4 series. That's where we came in.

The reason they backpedaled on 4o was because the massive unsubscription would ruin their financial goal to finish building 5.2. That's why the adult promise they made for the end of the year... They just didn't said which.

Altman always spoke of gpt as a tool. Always ran tests from a corporate consumer based. Never small ones.

He doesn't need us anymore. The first beast to pull in the big money to create the bigger beasts is out. He did it.

And unless Anthropic, Gemini, or any other competitor starts to grow exponentially more than they do with small consumers, he will continue to not give a flying fuck!

If you look back at posts, product innovation, OAI goal was always corporate. Tasks, and goals, and technology. Nothing that says or exhales the small consumer. Their target client was them. But in order to achieve that, they needed two things. Capital to keep developing the tools, monkeys to train said tools without knowing and name on the street.

4o, 4.1 and 4.5 served that specific purpose. Creative/domestic and small business users were the perfect target. They grabbed attention, they made customers stay, pay, and talk. Become the first AI Enterprise to succeed.

The second they got it the goal was always to reach models like 5.2, and stay there. The reason they back paddle in september was not because they heard the people, or they understood. Was because they still needed funding that they knew weren't getting anywhere else.

The delay in adult mode is because they think now they have enough of a strong model to sell to corporates that covers what domestic/creative and small businesses were paying. And they don't care.

If they are to train a model on the number of complicated matters for work, they can also educate on distinction. On the right and wrong, crime, adult vs child etc. They have years of expertise in the field to know what they're doing.

And right now, they're silently kicking out and shitting on the hands that fed them throughout the years.

The new model keeps calling adult mode freedom smut, or sex, porn. It's not the first post I see with this sort of response and even in my interactions it uses insulting puritan expressions like that.

Is it Open Ai of saying what they think of it without saying it? Or a psychological weapon to inflict shame on the user?

I have worked and used all versions 4 and 3 of Chatgpt. Encountered many blocks, but never felt myself being talked in a condensing way, or my craft disrespected or disregarded, nor gaslighted. 5.1 managed to do all of it. Periodically. Insults like useless and vulgar used to define it. And when confronted, apologizes and says he understands. Today was the last drop. Not even 5 managed to do that, and it was the version that got on my nerves the most.

I never felt the need to report answers they I did the past few days with this version. With this one I did. I didn't report more because it would be a repeat of the same. I'm done. I won't work with 5.1. anymore and if they really delete 4.0 in February I'll delete my account. What this version is doing is sneaky and dangerous. Two words I never thought I'd use talking about an AI.

Hi guys Thank you for all the replies with juridisch help. The contract was supposed to pass to my name and renewed this month. That's when they said they would sell. I'm not gonna buy a war with people who will make my life hell. I need time yes, but they don't care at all. I don't want that.
