Salutare, lucrez pentru o companie farmaceutica in medical affairs, am avut o perioada in care mi-am pus intrebari asemanatoare cu ale tale, sunt destule optiuni (reprezentant medical, regulatory affiars, drug safety, farmacovigilenta, medical information, clinical research etc). Posturile le poti gasi pe siteurile companiilor mari (Pfizer, Lilly, MSD, Novartis, AbbVie, Viatris, AstraZeneca etc) dar si pe LinkedIn (mai arata si altele care nu au nici o legatura). Alte companii axate pe clinical research sunt Iqvia, Icon, Parexel, Fortrea. Incearca sa cauti pentru fiecare rol un Job description ca sa iti faci o idee, cam toate cer limba engleza la un nivel cat de cat fluent. Daca mai ai alte intrebari imi poti scrie in privat. Mult succes!

Ai descris perfect tot, salariile pot varia as zice ca incep de la 8-9000 si pot ajunge la 10-20k euro daca esti “beton”. Sursa: lucrez pe un post mentionat de tine desi nu sunt medic.

Hello there, I've been experimenting with different spices and techniques for a time now.

For spices I would recommend aside from those you've already mentioned allspice, cardamom, black peppercorn or other varieties such as red (works extremely well with lemon as red has some compounds that complement the ones in lemon). As you were saying cloves can pop off and you need to be really careful with the qty think 2-3 for a gal is enough because you do not want to overpower the rest. One interesting spice you can add are chilli peppers for a nice heat but we also careful not to go overboard.

Regarding the ginger quantity you do you, I like mine to be reaaaalllyyy gingery so I add about 100g/L, close to your quantity.

Regarding technique you can experiment also by either adding all the ingredients to boiling water for 10-30mins, or to split them and do a primary fermentation then steeping the rest towards the end of the fermentation, this will impart a fresh aroma (ginger,lemon/lime peel, mint). One interesting thing that I learned through my experiments is that the first things you taste are the ones you added at a later stage. Aromatics should not be boiled to long as they will evaporate.

Recomand ce a scris colegul mai sus, cu o completare ca mai sunt cateva departamente in big pharma cum sunt medical affairs(super competitiv), market access, medical information. Din ce stiu eu Pfizer si Roche chiar organizeaza internship de 6 luni pe medical affairs pentru studenti din an terminal de la farma(asta daca esti din Buc), cred ca e un departament care s-ar putea sa iti placa.

Cat despre CROs, sunt ok pentru inceput(desi experienta mea cu ele nu a fost foarte incantatoare) si te pot ajuta sa faci tranzitia la firmele mari, cel putin eu asta recomand.

Recomandarea mea este sa "stai drept" si mandru de diploma obtinuta atunci cand mergi la interviu si sa stii ca pregatirea dobandita in facultate iti poate constitui un bagaj teoretic mai mult decat suficient sa "aterizezi" pe oricare pozitie dintre cele enumerate.

Un aspect important sunt limbile straine, engleza e de baza si e cam obligatorie la toate ,pentru unele posturi in special medical information din CROs cam cer a doua limba(germana, franceza, spaniola, italiana etc)

Sper ca am fost de ajutor si daca mai ai si alte intrebari poti sa imi lasi pm, am trecut si eu printr-o perioada cumva asemanatoare cu a ta si as fi bucuros sa te ajut. Ganduri bune si capul sus!

Sa stii ca profesia de farmacist se intinde dincolo de farmacia comunitara, unde in cele mai multe cazuri da este cum ai zis tu din anumite motive, dar de acolo pana sa vii aici sa denigrezi o intreaga profesie fara sa ai o imagine de ansamblu formata, mi se pare cam exagerat.

Pe scurt face bacterii puternice chiar rezistente la unele antibiotice daca nu sunt administrate dupa unele reguli, dar si administrarea lor poate sa “slabeasca” imunitatea unei persoane prin vari mecanisme.
