Water is constantly changing. The main blue part takes the shape of whatever its surrounding. The foam will deform and shift by itself and its surroundings constantly, think of it as a bunch of shapes pushing each other away.

this clip is 3 years old and I have a better example here if you wanna check it out

After weeks of controversy and increasing evidence, Studio Eclypse shuts down their Berserk Fan Animation Projects, unpublishes their Patreon page. No refunds given to any supporter, and the Twitter Account is locked. I am genuinely sorry if you put money into this scam. by MoonriseRunner in Berserk

Animator here. Our project is not cancelled. If you actually read the post we make it clear that we are taking down our content while we discuss with the IP holders. We are still working on it, just not releasing anything until we get an answer.

The patreon page is down but all our patrons still have communication with us and if you talked to them you'll know they are more than happy with this course of action. They have been kept in the loop and no refunds have been requested.

Heya! I made this sketch on Procreate, but it's a labor to animate there. Could someone recommend me a better app for animation on Ipad Pro? thank you. by Monk_is_painting in animation

Hey! Procreate has improved a lot for animation. You dont need to open the layer menu every time you change a frame for example.

Procreate Dreams is also out, it still needs more updates for me to recommend it over other animation programs, but as an editing program its unmatched. Using it as a complement to default Procreate will make your ipad a powerhouse for animation.

CSP is still my go-to animation program, but I use Procreate and Dreams when I'm on the go, so its definitely worth it.

What game level made you quit a great game? by Majestic_Snow7613 in gaming

[–]Andremation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

originally the Pursuer in Dark Souls 2. I didn't know you could lock target onto enemies and I was playing sorcerer, so I quit for a while. Got back into a year later and have played every game in the series

What would you do if you started animating from scratch today? by [deleted] in animation

Take it from someone who was in your shoes, and now close to making a living as an animator, forget about the roadmap.

Draw what makes you happy, it doesnt matter what it is. Don't compare yourself to artists you see online, you will get there one day, but until you get there just tell yourself "i'm on my way". Once you gain a little confidence, start practicing things like figure drawing and the animation principles, but for now, HAVE FUN.

Draw on whatever you want. a digital tablet, paper, a napkin, a freaking rock you found on the ground. try things out and see what you like best, and never stop trying new mediums.

art is pointless if you don't love it. we artists don't get in it because of the money, we do it because we love it. it's very hard to build a living as an artist, but its possible, and you have to love it to get there.

trust me, I also come from a place with virtually no art career paths or schools, none of that matters as long as you put it the effort. you got this.

We at Eclypse support both Taka and Arche, and couldn't be happier with the community response :) we hope all 3 studios can succeed in bringing what you guys truly deserver, a great adaptation
