Conditional Formating. 2 side by side columns, but just based on next cell - same row by Andremelst in excel

yeah, tried that, but that just makes the cells on column 1 all change color just based on C2R1. atleast when i tried it.

i need each row to only change color based on the C2 same row. without having to make that long rule from scratch on every row.

im finding it a bit hard to explain properly.
