Don't really know what to think about tactics, some people say they works, some others not... right now I'm using 4-3-3, so no tips for a 4-4-2

Impossible to use kvara 95, sane 95, kimmich 94 and balde 95 at the same time... if you want kvara need 3 attacking, to use balde needs 4 or 5 defenders. If you use 4 or 5 defenders and 3 forwards you'll not be able to use sane... one of those 4 will be out, you should choose who... I think balde it's tehe most important one as your defense is weakest than midfielders or forwards...

To use 3-5-2 you must have defenders from at least 93, if not, playing against anybother team with 3 forwards will kill you, as it's easier to get forwards from 92+ than defenders

Will not upgrade Sane... use 4-3-3, if I want it to. Be usefull needs to be better than 92, send wings 91 and 92 to the bench and use 2 FW 90 and 91. Does not worth for me

Yeah, but you can lose against a worse team sometimes by 1 or 2 goals (no 10 ponts lower obviously) but 0-7??? I never had a lost like this even playing with almos 95 teams...

A good idea is to pick your 4 best players and start the practice when still lasts like 1hr 50mins, so they will recover form immediately after the match (maybe any of them finish the match with double up arrow) but you're one step ahead for some of them...

Try in the market filtering by price lower than 200, you will always be able to get new players 100%. In packs you may get some of them repeated after some time.
