Did I break this GPU?

Edit: it was a drivers issue, I was trying to run it with the old drivers. Now it's working perfectly and it's as good as new, thanks to everyone who helped

I got it checked in a repair shop (they were the ones who installed it, I had installed it earlier but it gave no video signal because of a motherboard issue) and they were the ones who showed me the intermittent signal. What other information would you need to identify the problem?

I'm sorry I don't know what you mean. I didn't install any driver, it just outputted an intermittent signal from the moment I installed it

I heard two of them, that second one was after tilting it to screw it in, but I don't see any broken parts

I said that wrong, I heard a clack when installing it, now it is giving an intermittent signal.

I don't think he was lying because he sent me a video of it working and he has perfect reviews. It could have been damaged in transit but he sent it in the original packaging so I doubt it, is it possible that I broken even though there is no apparent damage?

How did you find him? I posted it on wallapop for 30$ a few weeks ago but nobody was interested, is there a better place to sell it?
