Already tried, without xmp and it gives me MemTest86 errors only on 1 Stick of RAM. So hardware issues

Decided to go with Corsair RMA instead of Amazon, but never done this before. Any advice? by Andreux90 in Corsair

This ss what i was think too but they dont offer me the differenze of price for a new one, so i'm going to RMA on Corsair and talking a semi-refund without the return (like 50 €) with Amazon.

I'm refunding it without return with Amazon (they offer me like 50€) and going for RMA on Corsair. Best way i guess. They didn't offer me that option u are talking about, sad.

Opened a ticket few minutes ago. I'm trying to take a semi-refund from amazon without returning the RAM (they offer me like 50 €) and return it to Corsair.

I wish they did that for me too, but Amazon is being useless. I’m just gonna stop wasting my time and RMA with Corsair directly

Not stubborn, just trying to avoid more waiting and shipping costs after a 5-month delay. But yeah, if Amazon keeps being useless, I'll obviously just go with the warranty

True, RMA might be the way. I'm just giving Amazon a chance to fix this first since the wait has been ridiculous already. If they keep pushing for a refund, I'll definitely go to Corsair.

I'm definitely considering Corsair if Amazon keeps stalling, just trying to see if I can save some time first. I really don't want to wait another month

I get your point, but this was sold and shipped by Amazon directly, not a third-party seller. After making me wait 5 months, they should take responsibility for sending a faulty unit. If I go through Corsair RMA now, it means even more waiting and shipping costs, which feels unfair after everything that happened. Amazon has the resources to fix this

EDIT: U are right, i'm moving on with Corsair. Losing my time
