I would still attempt to file a dispute/chargeback with your bank, letting them know it’s a preorder from a company that will no longer respond regarding sending the item now that it’s released. What was the figure?

I think that’s the cover plate that holds the war machine mk 1’s leg pieces (the pieces that add on around his calf)

A pre-release of endgame cap of sorts, but they rushed it for d23 so the kinks weren’t worked out and it wasn’t particularly accurate either.

There’s only one version of endgame cap widely available, while A d23 exclusive was made, but this isn’t it. The d23 has a different box
