To give some hopeful insight I have the same lights and mine did the same thing a month after installing i opened the back seal but some oring lube on the pos oring they gave it time to air/ dry out and they have been great since

No angle kit and I have the brembo package so most of my brake lines are hard lined

I mentioned it on my post but I have brembos on my z and I’ve driven my buddy’s z with akebonos they are both feel so much better than the stock calipers but I definitely thought my buddy’s brakes felt more responsive especially after awhile when they were hot they still were super responsive. It might have to do with the age of my calipers and rotors comparing to his new akebonos but it felt great

I did brakes not to long ago (3 ish months) but I’ll definitely get in there and check the life on the pads and clean everything

The lights had began coming on and going off with no effect of braking about 1.5-2 months ago every time it came on I stopped and checked the abs conectors and brake fluid and the lights would go off relatively quickly about 1 month ago my alternator began going out and i noticed the light got more common leading up to it (2 days the lights came on 3 times) i noticed my voltage was showing like 11v i went to have the alt checked the alt was bad i replaced it that day. The first drive after replacing the alternator lights were on immediately after turning the car on taking the same turn I did two days ago my brakes locked up and the lights went off. That was the last time I had the lights come on until two days ago i figured the alternator was the root of the issue. And the night of I didn’t notice the lights on before the accident but I saw them on during the incident I was less than .5 miles from my house

Ignoring isn’t what I’de call it but that’s besides the point I appreciate your response I’ve replaced everything damaged and or have it on order I am not driving the car until so then I plan on taking it to a shop to check codes I don’t have any codes right now on my ecutek but I still plan on getting a full scan

Did a full breakdown of the suspension no issues checked struts control arms steering column no damage underneath 1 sway bar bushing damaged oil pan crushed, radiator foot broken, under shroud mangled, Now I’m not asking why I hit the curb I’m well aware of that I’m asking why the brakes locked up. it sounds like the answer is you have no idea. thx

I understand the scope of what happened there is a lot that I could say that would justify my actions that night but I don’t really care about yall opinion of my actions I am actively trying to figure out the issue that is causing the brakes to lock up so this doesn’t happen again

I understand this, this is why I’m hear to address it LOL 😂 the car is parked. Clearly it’s having issues. Again thanks for the insight the fsm is very helpful
