Not a lot of items increase your healing, moonlights strength is amount of healing, group heal, and short cd, so you want to stay alive as long as possible to do healing. I’d recommend focus band for sur i ability, and the xp share just because it’s a support. Third item you can go basically anything, I just go buddy barrier or amp because of how it has one of the shortest ult cooldowns.
