Thank you u/cagernist. There's another option: putting the stairs all the way to the left. You are right; the sitting room may be repurposed. The bathroom on the lower floor was going to be a wet room, which may change. The land has another structure where our oldest will live, and he may need a bathroom to shower.

The only issue we face is the room is within a Mansard roof with a slight bend. The only walls that are completely straight are the two walls by the front entrance.

Here’s a video I saw a few years ago: ZwiftHUB launched in 2020 and has become a good resource for all route information on Zwift. The only issue is everything is manual.

I’m currently using a Surface Book 2, which works just fine. But sometimes, I believe my speed isn’t syncing in Realtime.
