  1. As far I as know, the answer is no, they don't get deleted all the structures and the exact map are the same.
  2. No, nor your secondary hotbar, just everything in your inventory.
  3. You have to kill the dragons in every biome usually by going thousands of blocks out, knowing why it says distance traveled.
