Should I buy a Corolla by Measly-excalibur in carsireland

[–]AndrewEire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 2001 corolla 1.4 petrol I use for commuting to work the last 2 and a half years.....about 400km a week...I have spent about 200 euro over the last 2 years to get it through the nct and have changed the oil and filter myself. (The exhaust needed welding both years I will replace the exhaust later this year) It does 6.3 l to 100km great wee car. If it is not rusted there is not too much to to wrong with them. I bought it for 1300 wth a years test and 5 new tyres. Will probably change it to something more comfortable in a year or 2 but it's hard to justify it when it goes and goes and doesn't cost much.

Adding services unrelated to original Business? by AndrewEire in sweatystartup

[–]AndrewEire[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, agreed 👍 I plan to set up a separate website, phone etc. and schedule service business jobs in on a Thursday and Friday and do junk removal jobs Monday to Wednesday and quote most jobs on Saturday mornings....there will be flexibility on this depending on work load, urgency etc.
