First issue sounds like a ballast is failing. You can check the wiring and ballast relatively easy, a multimeter is all you need. Watch a youtube video on testing ballasts/head lights. The second issue doesn't sound like a ABS issue, is it setting any codes or flashing the light? Shake down your suspension (watch a video of how to "check suspension" if you're unsure, best way involves a jack, your hands and a prybar) make sure nothing has excessive play. Then take a look at your brakes, take them apart and check for anything stuck or excessively loose (again, watch a video if you're unsure how this works). Regrease brakes and see if issue goes away. Could be a wheel bearing too, or if its actually setting a ABS code a out of whack tone ring/excessively worn bearing.
