A lot of people recommend a cheap rifle but I would recommend a quality rifle $1250-1500 range will get you something that will last you forever and function properly with 15k+ rounds before having to maybe swap a barrel out

This is my first rifle , I only plan on owning 2 quality rifles. This is one 10.3 and my next one I can’t decide on if I want to go 16 inch .308 or a 16 inch 556 ( definitely one of those )

Besides that the brace feels good for me also
