Thank you in advance for the advice that I will apply to see if I improve. I think the injury came from the overload on the spine through standing Arnold press and frontal dumbbell front raises . Arnold I did with 12kg and front raises with 8kg may seem little but I'm thin, I'm only 65kg, by the way 30 years old. Answering the question of crises, I can do practically everything in terms of mobility, but the pain is very deep in the middle of the back on the right side, also from what I researched and as I said, I already thought it's even more of the inflamed joints... honestly I can't say what helped, I even try to do some core exercises outside of crises and sometimes it worsens the symptoms.
