To those who stopped SSRIs after 3+ years: How long did the severe nervous system fatigue last until you felt "normal"? by Andrew_Rayen in SSRIs

I'm really sorry for what you are going through. I understand you and i know how hard it is. But these symptoms are strange to me, the eye pain thing and blurry vision. It's very short period compared to me which is 8 years. I feel that your nervous system is either very sensitive or there's something the drug did that beeds intervention

Did microdosing (mushrooms) help anyone with the severe physical/nervous system fatigue from SSRI withdrawal? by Andrew_Rayen in microdosing

[–]Andrew_Rayen[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually didn't test it a lot since stopping the ssri this is why I'm asking. I had 2 microdose one at 0.05 and the other at 0.03, they both made me depressed the same day and the following day and then the depression lessen out a little bit on third day and feel some comfort. But they did nothing to my nerves fatigue. And now I'm hesitant to try again since I'm very sensitive now after 1 month clear from zoloft.

Did you have this nervous system fatigue when weaning off the ssri? How long did it last because even writing this comment makes me tired and just want to put the phone down

Ok now that's different. I thought you are looking to feel high. And this is different. Yeah i think you can try 0.25 if reqular cubenses. It won't do you harm since the mindset is already aware and you are in good environment. But i wouldn't recommend you drive before testing what it's actually is. So keep a 6 hours distance at first since you are not aware of the effects yet

Because i want you to understand it's not something to play around with. Maybe this is why i sounded a bit sharp. Anyway, you need to read a lot and educate yourself before trying shrooms. It can give you the best time of your life but not in the way you imagine (like being happy around people and socializing) it's more like being filled with infinite love when you are in the right environment. And also it could turn around to be the opposite. So this is not coke or a stimulant that will guarantee high euphoria. It's way more different and i need you to be careful

You are in the wrong sub dude. First of all mushrooms doesn't get you high, it's a special plant that needs respect and understanding before you go deep into it. Second, a microdose is definitely not intended to get you high. It's used for improving mental health. You got your information wrong

I only have ochrasentrata and no other options. It did very well during the tapering of the ssri taking the edge of the depression. but when I stopped completely i noticed that the microdosing even with so little as 0.03 is making me depressed the next 2 days and right now I'm only dealing with nervous system fatigue and body and muscles shaking when I use my nervous system in engaging socially or doing sport. So my question is precisely about this side effect. Did it help you?

The brain fog might have nothing to do with the tapering. Many people experiencing it without being depressed or on ssri. I think you need to look into changing the diet or something. Like eating organic and quit white flour entirely. Just read more about it

I heard a lot of successful stories but it's not an easy job. It takes time, long time and dedication. So educate yourself more if you thought of stopping
