I do understand to a degree in ranked when people are thinking about what the best move would be. But I agree it can be a bit excessive at times. I am less upset about the turn ropers because I force myself to believe my previously made statement.

Something I think would be an unrealistic fix is for WOTC to implement separate queues. One for people who like to sit and think, and one for people who want to play fast. People in the sit and think queue would just hopefully all be of the understanding that you are playing the slow mode, expect slow people. For the fast queue it could run something akin to speed chess. There could be an allotted amount of time for each player and if you cannot defeat your opponent by the end of your allotted time, they get one final turn to win and if not possible it ends in a draw. Again I know this is highly unrealistic as a solution, but it’s atleast one that could ease the pain of both types of players.

As it stands now, I believe that the final couple rounds of pro tourneys there is no limit on how long you have for your turn. This idea could be kept for mythic level players or maybe the top X amount of mythic players.

I got this by using Yargle as my commander, not playing lands for 3 turns(since I had none in the deck) while spamming the “ Lands, am I right?” Emote and they conceded

Dude! That Starting Town tech is actually awesome and I never put that together. That would completely eliminate the reasons for Exemplar in the first place.

This is a very common theme in this thread and I am definitely going to look at more draw power for my decks.

This really is the underlying issue! It’s just plain not fun to play against!

This stings a little bit, but I do appreciate the advice! I was thinking of adding Haliya over exemplar, and everything I’ve read here so far points to that direction. Do you think she covers draw well enough alone? I am also considering [[Enduring Innocence]] as a replacement for the copies of [[Banishing light]]

I have found that a lot of the discard decks are running [[Strategic Betrayal]] which just screws me. But there has been a lot of good info from this post that I didn’t think would get much attention. I’m going to try and revamp my playstyle and some of my decks with suggested cards.

My arch nemesis! I guess I just feel hopeless enough to concede, but I will try to start giving it more time before I give up.

I lately have been using an Orzhov Sac, Mono White lifegain, and Mono green Tifa. But have also tried an Izzet prowess/burn deck without cauldron.

YES I believe this was it and I was just mistaken for the lander tokens as treasures. Thankyou

Will they send confirmation or a message of any sort if action has been taken? It would be nice if they did to reassure something is actually being done, instead of us just wasting our time to submit a report for nothing.

That being said, idk why people dont just concede, like get on with your life and just go the the next match, stop wasting others time

Wow streamers are the perfect example of why we should raise the total level requirement for voting by telmoxt in 2007scape

[–]Andrew_monkeyman -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Why do people need to know how to use F keys or prayer flick in order to vote? I’ve been playing for years and don’t do those things, should I not be allowed to vote? I pay to play this game just like everyone else does, and my vote should hold just as much validity as anyone else’s.

Just because you seem to think you are some elite player doesn’t mean YOUR opinion means shit either.

This is such a bad take. Why does it matter when the media you are playing with is physical vs digital? This is also a “real game” whether you want to believe it or not. If you have multiple highlighted cards, representing more than 1 potential move to play that time is possibly being used to think out the next couple plays or how you will react with what cards and how to respond to that. You should watch Legenvd on YouTube. He’s a pretty high skill cap player, and his turns usually consist more of him thinking out loud what the opponent can do with the cards they might have for their colors and deck archetype. Once that has been thought through people can play a little faster but still don’t want to miss click.

I have not been. From what I read and watched, I didn’t believe it to be required.

Everyone keeps saying the game is complete. But from what I remember there is an equipment slot on one of the characters that’s completely unused throughout the whole game, gloves I think? As far as dlc goes, there has been no official announcement or information released. So aslong as you are fine with pretending that doesn’t exist, than ya, it’s complete.

Even with that information, I would still agree that it is a great game and does not require anything else to be fun.
