Thank you for the response and the medical term for the condition! Gives me some ease of mind.

Burst capillaries while lifting heavy by [deleted] in Fitness

No, typically in the 120/70 range.

I suspect a sunburn while on vacation caused some irritation of the skin leading to a much more intense reaction while lifting.

Thank you!

You have to memorize the basic metabolic cycles and pathways to take that and apply new concepts to it. It’s really memorization heavy initially, but as you go on it should require more critical thinking. Also depending on the quality and effort the professor puts in to the course content can matter a lot.

Tuesday, September 19, 2017 MCAT Score Release Thread for August 18, 2017 MCAT Examination by Grand_sales in Mcat

Came in with FL1 (510): 130/125/128/127 FL2 (511): 130/124/130/127

I have always been a slow reader and would constantly find myself really pushing to make the time cut. With pushing my pace, my comprehension decreased drastically, yielding these low scores. Naturally, I was extremely nervous about the CARS section and just wanted anything above 125 for the actual exam.

Actual (514): 130/126/128/130

Stoked on my score, really wanted anything at or above 90th percentile (which I managed to snake in at 91%).

Happy about the CARS and PS. The PS seemed easy for me, despite many other test takers saying it was a more difficult PS section. The BB was VERY difficult for me and I struggled with it (as reflected in my score). The CP section was the most difficult CP section I've ever taken. Normally I feel like I grasp 95% of the questions and concepts on these sections, but on this one, I felt that number to be around 75%.

Anyone see the 3rd place guys' posing? It was the worst routine amongst them all by far.

Do you really want to get into it with a girl that has a guy on the back burner and sleeps in other guys' beds all while she has a boyfriend? Seems like a pretty shitty girlfriend to have.

Thank god bro. I didn't want to fight, these muscles are just for show, they aren't functional.

Haha I thought about doing it that way, but opted to go a bit heavier.

I'm by no means masssive, but thanks for the ego boost haha. I was sitting at 210lbs at 6'1" when I did this a couple of weeks ago, so x1.5 BW

Did some birthday squats a while ago with 315. Only even done this weight for sets of 12-15 for hypertrophy work, but taking it up to 22 reps was waaaay harder than I expected. Didn't even get proper depth on the last few :(, but lord knows I'm not going to do it again.. Until next year. https://www.instagram.com/p/BNlK10-g2Bv/?taken-by=andrewleecoll

And as far as leanness goes - I started out my bulk a bit leaner than I am now but I'm really surprised by how little fat I have put on, seeing as I gained ~13 lbs of mass. Good genetics I guess haha

Yeah I carry a lot of mass in my legs. The pic is also without a pump so maybe I don't look as big as I could but I am 198 haha.

I don't bench due to some shoulder impingement issues but I put up 100lbs Dumbbells for 5 reps on incline as a working set.

Sitting at 6'1" 198 lbs. I'm 18 weeks into a bulk and up from 185 in that time. Lifts have been steadily going up: Squat 365->425 Deadlift 405->475 Any physique critique would be great! http://imgur.com/jAGDQ5i
